ICEAS has a Grievance Redressal Cell in the college where students can lodge their grievances. A Grievance Redressal Cell under Faculty Council resolves the grievances. An Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) has been set up under the Faculty Council for dealing with the complaints filed under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal Act 2013). The procedure is based on the principles of natural justice. The college has also constituted a Gender Sensitization Committee against sexual harassment.
The Faculty council of the college has formed a committee to redress the women related issues. Complaint Box is installed as per AICTE norms, nearby the Principal’s office. Complaints can be lodge in person to the Convener of the relevant Committee or can be dropped in the Complaint Box located outside the Principal‟s chamber.
